After a weekend break, LFA is returning to live action this Friday night on the UFC Fight Pass for its last February card. LFA 125 will be the third event by the Legacy Fighting Alliance this year. The show airs on February 25, 2022 at Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino in Niagara Falls, New York.
In the main event bout, the LFA Women's Strawweight
Championship will be played between Jacqueline Amorim and Loveth Young.
Co-headliner Solomon Renfro vs. Adam Fugitt Welterweight. The winner of the
competition will become the fourth different woman to win the Strawweight Gold,
and will compete in a five-round fight at five minutes per round.
The fight for the championship is a re-booking of a
competition that was canceled last November, as Amorim and Young were
originally scheduled to meet at the main LFA 118 main event, but the pair
eventually lost out as the California State Athletic Commission approved the

Amorim (4-0) was one of the most high profile free
agent signatures of 2021 and gained considerable popularity soon after signing
with LFA. These LFA definitions include the fastest and third fastest
completion in LFA history for a 10-second knockout victory in LFA 110 and a
33-second victory in LFA 101. His victory in LFA 110 is also the third fastest

The main event co-hosted by LFA 125 will offer two
very exciting possibilities in the welterweight division. Renfrew (8-2) is New
York's top prospect and will take advantage of the huge domestic crowd during
his first trip to the LFA's Empire State. Buffalo, popularly known as "The
Black Dragon", is appearing in Dana White's rival series and will be
looking to win a statement in front of the UFC boss after a controversial split
decision went wrong.
It will face Fugitt (7-2), the highest 170-pound
champion in the Northwest Pacific. Eugene, Oregon's Art of War Products has won
three contests and several titles since making his LFA debut in middleweight 3
1/2 years ago. All three wins during its current series have been through
stoppage, including Camora's winning against TUF 15 alum Johnavan Vistante.
