BELLATOR MMA The long-awaited title race will take place on Saturday, January 29 at the Footprint Center, home of the Phoenix Sons and Phoenix Mercury. BELLATOR MMA is going to start 2022 with a big event with thrilling competitions.

Heavyweight World Champion Ryan Bader (28-7, 1NC) is back in the division after a stellar run at the Bowler Light Heavyweight World Grand Prix and is headlining the heavyweight title fight between interim champion Valentine Moldowski  (11-1) in BELLATOR 273.

Also, former Bantamweight World Champion Darwin Caldwell (14-5) is back in action against the winner of Ultimate Fighter: Latin America 2, Enrique Barzola (16-5-2), who is debuting his ballot.

First of all, let's talk about the title of the main card. Bader is the UFC's lightest heavyweight fighter at the top. He terminated his contract with the UFC at the end of the November 2016 match and moved to BELLATOR. Participated in Bellator's "Heavy Wheight Championship Tournament" which opened in January 2018. After winning with tremendous strength, they won the second-class title last January with a victory over Fedor last January, a heavyweight championship in the pride of Japan. Only 1R35 seconds.

Moldowski, on the other hand, was a member of the Fedor Corps, which joined the Rizin in 2015 and defeated Yutah Uchida, Carl Alblexon and Simon Bayor. The only black star to lose to Amal Ariak Bali in the semifinals of the 2016 Riziin Blind Tournament on New Year's Eve has won six times by a narrow split decision. Won the champion match against Tim Johnson and the heavyweight interim title.

Benson Henderson vs. Islam Mamedov (co-man event)

Benson Henderson is preparing for another Bellator with the titled Lightweight Fight. The former WEC and UFC lightweight champion will face Islam Mamedov in the co-headlining event of Belitar 273 on January 29 in Phoenix.

Henderson has been in the trend for a long time. He lost three (28-11). Henderson was dropped by Michael Chandler in August last year. In Welterweight last year, Jason abandoned his decision to fight Jackson and lost to Brent Primus in Bellator 268, Arizona. His last win was in 2019 against the Miles jury.

Mamedov has suffered just one defeat in a long span of his career (20-01), which took place in 2009 on the regional scene against former Bellator rival Tiger Sarnovsky. In July last year, Blatter won 263 votes in a controversial split decision against Brent Primus, a career-high.

The question arises as to how you view these fights.
Will Bader be able to prove himself once again after such a long time?
And will Henderson face Mamedov?
