Eagle FC will present its first
event of the Eagle Fighting Championship 2022 on January 28 - 2022 at FLX Arena
in Miami, FL. Former UFC lightweight champion Khabib Nurmagomedov first
promoted his Eagle Fight Club in the United States, featuring a lineup of
well-established veterans from both the state and international MMA scene.
The title of the fight card features
acclaimed kickboxer Tyrone Spong vs. Bellator heavyweight Sergei Kharitonov,
with Ray Borg vs Cody Gibson ready to co-host the event.
Kharitonov (33-9, 2NC) is a perfect
admirer of the award-winning fighter, who competes around the world under a
contract with Belitar MMA. The 41-year-old Russian, known as the
"Paratrooper" (actually a member of the Russian Airborne Troops),
last competed for Paras FC in Dubai, where he defeated UFC veteran Fabio
